Spruce House Affordable Housing ***2017 Telluride Art + Architecture Audience Choice Award***

A Design Build Project with Osborne Builders, LLC completed winter of 2017. The 11,000 square foot project took less than two years to go through design, approvals, construction documents, engineering and construction. There are eight residential units and one commercial space plus covered parking. One 1-bedroom unit is on the ground floor. Four 2-bedroom units are on the second floor and the top floor has one 1-bedroom, one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom unit. The top floor units each have outdoor roof-decks.
