The Dallas Divide Residence is a single family residence located near Ridgway, Colorado. The house has an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the 2nd floor which capitalizes on the view and allows for maximum solar gain. The living room opens up to an adjacent patio via a 3-panel folding door. The master bedroom and bath are along the back of the house on the 2nd floor. The guest bedroom, bunk bedroom, guest bathroom, laundry, media room, mudroom and garage are all located on the ground floor.
